About XEROX Hot-Line

"Hotline" for small office equipment users operates since June 20, 1999. Over this period a great experience was accumulated regarding online solution of users' problems. In November 1999 in Xerox Training Center a small office equipment lab was established allowing both modeling of problems emerged and their online solution. That undoubtedly improved requests processing quality and quick-response capacity.

 

Every question will be paid attention to and replied. Most issues addressed to "Hotline" are solved immediately which is an evidence of high qualification of specialists answering your calls. In case the answer to your question is not found at once you will be contacted later and provided all necessary information.
